Each Growth Mastermind Circle seats a small group of committed business owners around one table, on a rhythm. No lectures, no content library, no audience. Your goals go on the board, your cohort sees them, and every meeting moves them — or names honestly why they didn't move.

The Circle

Five to six owners plus your facilitator, meeting on a set cadence. Small enough that hiding is impossible; sharp enough that every seat earns its place.

The Goal Board

Your 90-day business goal and supporting priorities, visible to your cohort and reviewed every session. Progress is easier to see when you're not measuring it alone.

The Ground Rules

Three priorities, never more. Unfinished work carries forward instead of piling on. The timer runs during updates. Dials, not switches.

How It Works

From intake to your first session.

  1. Complete the intake. Twenty minutes of honest thinking across your business and the life underneath it. Your answers become your goal map.
  2. Get placed. You're matched to a cohort that fits your calendar, confirmed by email, and welcomed into the private community.
  3. Take your seat. Your goals go on the board. From the first session, the only question that matters: what ground did you gain?
